Shipping, Insurance & Returns

Postage and Handling:

We use Australia Post or like carrier to ship our items and therefore costs will vary depending on your location and size of product. As the items are fragile, the cost of postage and handling includes appropriate packaging as well as insurance.

We are happy to combine multiple items in the one package if safe to do so. We are also happy to arrange for courier services, if required, and to hold items for pickup. We may send the item by another courier if the size is too big for the product to be sent by Australia Post. Do contact us if you may prefer another delivery option.

Our products are shipped from various locations around Australia; please allow 2 to 5 days for dispatch of the product. We will send you a tracking number when the order is processed. You will be responsible for local duties, taxes or clearance procedures that relate to your country of residence.

If you are from a country other than the ones listed and would like to order from us, please send an email to artist@ozceramics.com.au and we can send you a quote for posting our artwork to your destination.

Insurance, Refunds and Exchange:

We include cost of insurance for loss or damage of the product in transit.

We wrap items in double thickness bubble wrap, with generous packing, in a secure carton. The postage carrier will be responsible for the safe delivery of your artwork and insurance will cover the costs if your purchase is lost or damaged in transit.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase from our store. Please write to us within five days of receiving your artwork should you have any concerns.  Should you wish to exchange your purchase, the artwork must be returned in its original, unused, unmarked and saleable condition. You will be required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange.

OzCeramics online does not offer refunds. If you received damaged or flawed goods from us please email us on artist@ozceramics.com.au

We sell you individually handcrafted pottery, which cannot be replaced.
