If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may ask for an exchange, with shipping and insurance at your cost. For us to process your exchange the goods must be returned in original new, unused, unmarked and a saleable condition.

Each product being individually hand made cannot be replaced and therefore we include the cost of insurance while shipping.
